By accessing or using Noob Wallet you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Noob Wallet. By using the service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Note: Noob Wallet is non-custodial. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and seed phrase. We cannot recover lost keys or reverse transactions.
Description of service
Noob Wallet is a browser extension that provides:
- Non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet functionality
- Multi-chain support across Ethereum, BSC, Base and Solana
- Decentralized exchange trading and token deployment tools
- Token detection and portfolio management tools
User responsibilities
Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your seed phrase and private keys
- Keeping your password and device secure
- All activity that occurs under your wallet
- Backing up your wallet information
Compliance
You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the service for illegal activity
- Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer or disrupt the service
- Not use the service to defraud others
Transaction responsibility
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details before confirming. We cannot reverse, cancel or refund a transaction.
Prohibited uses
You may not use Noob Wallet to:
- Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
- Violate any law, regulation or third-party right
- Distribute malware or engage in phishing
- Manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading
- Bypass security measures or access restrictions
Acknowledgment of risks
By using Noob Wallet you acknowledge and accept that:
- Market risk — cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and can result in significant losses.
- Technical risk — smart contract bugs, network issues or software errors may result in loss of funds.
- Regulatory risk — regulations may change and affect your ability to use the service.
- Security risk — losing your private keys or seed phrase means permanently losing access to your funds.
Disclaimers
No warranty. Noob Wallet is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
No financial advice. Nothing in Noob Wallet constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Do your own research and consult professionals.
Third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, including DEXs, launchpads, blockchain networks or token projects.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noob Wallet and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data or funds
- Service interruptions or errors
- Unauthorized access to your wallet
- The actions of third parties
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Noob Wallet, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in Noob Wallet — software, design, logos and content — are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer any part of the service without written permission.
You grant us a license to use any feedback or suggestions you provide to improve the service.
Modifications to service and terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Noob Wallet at any time without notice, and we may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination
You may stop using Noob Wallet at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. On termination, all licenses granted to you cease immediately.

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
