Important Notice

Noob Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and seed phrases. We cannot recover lost keys or reverse transactions.

By accessing or using Noob Wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details before confirmation. We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund transactions.

  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Distribute malware or engage in phishing
  • Manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading
  • Bypass any security measures or access restrictions

By using Noob Wallet, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

Market Risk

Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and can result in significant losses

Technical Risk

Smart contract bugs, network issues, or software errors may result in loss of funds

Regulatory Risk

Cryptocurrency regulations may change and affect your ability to use the service

Security Risk

Loss of private keys or seed phrases will result in permanent loss of access to funds

NO WARRANTY: Noob Wallet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

NO FINANCIAL ADVICE: Nothing in Noob Wallet constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should conduct your own research and consult professionals.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES: We are not responsible for third-party services, including DEXs, blockchain networks, or token projects.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOOB WALLET AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

11. Termination

You may stop using Noob Wallet at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Noob Wallet operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
